His striking looks, his phenomenal, light-footed canter, his impressive jumping talent turned him into a sublime showjumper. Under the saddle of Marlon Zanotelli he grew into a top horse of the international sport with preliminary highlights his impressive clear round at the Sires of the World in Mechelen and his 5th place in the GP of Valencia.

But Luigi d’Eclipse is also out of an extraordinary dam-line as his full brother Moon d’Eclipse is performing very well at 1.45 m level and his grand-dam is no one less than the Belgian Champion Aluna D’Eclipse who also was member of the Belgian team at the European Championships in Windsor and the Nations Cups in La Baule, Aachen and Falsterbo.

His first generations of offspring have already convinced a lot of breeders at home and abroad who are very enthusiastic about his remarkable foals. Next week Luigi will compete again under the saddle of Marlon Zanotelli at CSI Bonheiden. Stay tuned!
